Fruit Pizza You Will Not Be Disappointed
My delicious fruit pizza recipe is definitely a dish that everyone will love. I make it not only for my family, but also for friends and co-workers. They all love it. I usually make between two to three when we have a potluck at work. It doesn’t last long either. What makes mine different than the normal fruit pizza recipe is that I add sorbet (sherbet) to the cream cheese.
My delicious fruit pizza recipe is quick and simple to make. You only need a few items from the store and you will be on your way to making one of the better fruit pizzas anyone has tasted. The addition of the sorbet (sherbet) gives it a great taste. I love to use orange or raspberry sorbet (sherbet), but I am sure you can try any flavor and it will taste great. Once you try this recipe you won’t want to try any other one. The sorbet is the magic touch!

- 1 Package (8 oz.) of (Room Temperature) Cream Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Sorbet (flavor of choice)
- Fruit of choice (I prefer blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries together)
Directions:
Step 1: Roll sugar cookie into shape of your desire.
Step 2: Cook sugar cookie per the directions on the back of the package. Let the cookie completely cool.
Step 3: Mix (room temperature) cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together. Then add in the sorbet (sherbet).
