This recipe for banana vanilla pudding taste amazing and is super easy to make. I was able to make this in under 15 minutes. It is perfect for the holidays, work potlucks, or you family picnic.
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups of Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar (white)
- 8 Tablespoons of flour
- 4 Egg yolks (no egg whites needed)
- 2 Teaspoons of Pure Vanilla
- 6 ripe bananas
- 1 box of Nilla Wafers (may want another box if you want more than just 2 layers
- Cool whip
Banana Pudding Directions:
- Layer in a pan your Nilla wafers and sliced banana. Set to the side
- Mix together on Medium heat (setting #7) flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, and eggs
- whisk together ingredients so everything mixes evenly.
- Continue to stir for 6-10 minutes while pudding thickens up.
- Once the pudding is thick, pour half on top the first layer of Nilla wafers and bananas.
- Repeat the layering one more time.
- Top with cool whip (optional) and crumbled cookie.
- Either serve warm or place in the fridge (until your ready to serve)
